CA Preparations provides educational and examination-preparation services for students preparing for Chartered Accountancy examinations. Depending on the selected plan, our services may include:
- Study plans and preparation schedules
- Test series and mock examinations
- Study material, revision plans and practice questions
- Performance tracking and analysis
- Mentorship and educational guidance
- Online lectures or classes, where offered
- Pass Guarantee or Money-Back Plans, where specifically offered
The services available to a student depend on the plan purchased and the conditions disclosed at checkout.
02 Student Registration
Students must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating an account. This may include their name, mobile number, email address, CA level, group, subjects and examination attempt.
Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activities carried out through their accounts. Login details must not be shared with unauthorized persons.
03 Use of Student Information
Student information may be used to manage accounts, deliver educational services, track preparation progress, analyse test performance, provide customer support, process payments and send essential service-related communications.
Information may also be used for relevant course announcements and promotional communication where permitted by applicable law and consent requirements. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.
04 Communication Consent
When you register or submit an enquiry, we may contact you regarding your account, services, purchases or enquiry through phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email or other available channels, subject to applicable law.
Promotional messages will be handled in accordance with applicable consent requirements and your communication preferences.
05 Course & Test Series Access
Access to courses, test series, study materials and other services is determined by the plan purchased. Access may be subject to:
- Course or subscription duration
- Permitted number of attempts
- Selected CA level, group or subjects
- Plan-specific features and eligibility requirements
- Other conditions disclosed before purchase
06 Educational Content
Study materials, test papers, videos, PDFs, notes, questions, graphics, designs and other educational content are provided for the personal educational use of the enrolled student.
Unless expressly authorized, students must not:
- Copy or reproduce paid content for redistribution
- Sell or commercially exploit educational materials
- Upload protected materials to Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube or other platforms
- Share account credentials or provide unauthorized access
- Scrape or systematically download website content
Unauthorized use may result in suspension of access and other remedies available under applicable law.
07 Test Series & Performance
Test scores, rankings, evaluations and performance reports are intended to support learning and examination preparation. They do not guarantee any particular ICAI examination score, rank or result.
Students are responsible for following their preparation schedules and completing the activities required under their selected plans.
08 Pass Guarantee / Money-Back Plan
Where a Pass Guarantee or Money-Back Plan is expressly offered, its benefits are subject to the separate policy and eligibility requirements applicable to that plan.
Requirements may include:
- Meeting prescribed preparation targets
- Maintaining the required completion percentage
- Attempting specified tests and completing assignments
- Completing prescribed revision activities
- Appearing for the applicable ICAI examination
- Providing information reasonably required for result verification
- Meeting all other conditions stated in the applicable policy
A Pass Guarantee does not mean an unconditional guarantee of passing an ICAI examination. Any refund entitlement is determined by the applicable written policy and eligibility conditions.
09 Payments
Prices, applicable taxes and payment terms will be displayed during purchase. Students are responsible for providing accurate payment information and verifying their selected plan before completing an order.
Order confirmations or payment receipts may be provided through email, SMS, WhatsApp or the student's registered account.
10 Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the product or plan purchased and the applicable refund policy disclosed before purchase.
Where permitted by applicable law and the disclosed policy, refunds may be restricted after digital content has been accessed or services have commenced. Students may need to provide order details and supporting information for verification.
Nothing in this section is intended to exclude any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11 Third-Party Services
Our platform may use third-party providers for payment processing, communication, hosting, analytics and other operational services. Those providers may process relevant information in accordance with their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
12 Website Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website and services available. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, server or network problems, security incidents, third-party service interruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We do not promise uninterrupted access at all times. This does not limit any obligations imposed on us by applicable law.
13 Intellectual Property
Website content, logos, graphics, designs, text, videos, test papers, study materials and software are owned by or licensed to CA Preparations, unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing or accessing a service does not transfer ownership of intellectual property to the student. Use of protected material is limited to the permissions expressly granted.
14 Prohibited Activities
Students must not use the platform to:
- Engage in unlawful activity or provide false information
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Distribute malicious software
- Misuse another student's account
- Copy or distribute protected paid content without permission
- Manipulate test results or interfere with platform functionality
- Violate the rights of other users or third parties
15 Account Suspension / Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where we have reasonable grounds to believe that an account has been used in violation of these terms, for fraud, unauthorized content sharing, intellectual property infringement or other misuse of the platform.
Any action will be subject to applicable law and any contractual or consumer rights that apply.
16 Limitation of Liability
Our educational services are designed to support CA examination preparation. Except for specific benefits expressly provided under an applicable Pass Guarantee or Money-Back Plan, we do not guarantee examination success, admission, rank or marks.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from the relevant service will be limited as provided by the applicable agreement and law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
17 Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Where required by law, we will provide notice or obtain consent for material changes.
Any continued use of the platform after revised terms take effect will be subject to the applicable legal requirements governing acceptance of those terms.
18 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts as determined under applicable law.
